I'm a Sr. Associate – Operations at GlobalBees, a D2C brand aggregator under the Brainbees (FirstCry) group, where I own day-to-day operations for Kuber Industries — one of the brands in the portfolio. That means fulfilment planning, warehouse and processing-centre coordination, and keeping brand KPIs visible and on track.
Before this, I was Assistant Manager – Business Operations at CURRYiT, managing end-to-end D2C fulfilment and B2B logistics across 50+ warehouses on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon, and FirstClub.
Wherever I work, I build the tools that make the process lighter — script automations, tracking sheets, and single-file dashboards — whenever a manual process becomes repetitive enough to fix properly.

Designed and built this portfolio site from scratch — a single-file neumorphic HTML/CSS/JS site with soft-UI shadows, scroll reveals, a mobile menu, screenshot lightbox, and a no-backend contact form. Hosted on Vercel.
CurryIT Attendance System
Live attendance app with geolocation check-in, leave workflows, and role-based access for employees, managers, and admins. Also built a self-contained version with JWT auth.
Dispatch Analytics Dashboard
Turns raw dispatch Excel exports into a single shareable dashboard: shipped-quantity trends, brand/warehouse breakdowns, status tracking across Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, BigBasket & FirstClub.
Box Sticker Generator
Reads warehouse Excel sheets and auto-generates branded A5 box stickers as print-ready PDFs.
D2C Packaging Sheet Automation
AI-assisted Google Apps Script tool that handles data formatting, duplicate removal, and multi-sheet generation for packaging references.
GRN Tracker
Tracks Goods Receipt Notes against purchase orders to flag missing or delayed GRNs across 50+ warehouses.

Tracks fulfilled vs. ordered units by platform and warehouse, surfacing fill-rate dips early.
